執筆に参加した『実践Ｑ＆Ａ１４２問 渉外家事事件の実務 ＬＮＦメーリングリストから』が、日本加除出版様から出版されました。国際的な家事事件に関する「実務的な難問」について、各分野の専門家たる弁護士が、確かな経験に基づく知見を共有しています。共有弁護士白木は、「在日アメリカ軍人に対する子の認知と養育費請求」、「カリフォルニア州での養育費の強制執行」に関する章を担当いたしました。
“Practical Q&A 142 Questions in International Domestic Relations Cases from the LNF Mailing List,” which I participated in writing, has been published. Prominent counsels who are experts in each field share their knowledge based on their solid experience in cross-border family law practices. Atsushi Shiraki was in charge of the chapters “Child Recognition and Child Support Claims Against U.S. Service Members in Japan” and “Enforcement of Japanese Child Support Decree in California”.
