2023年12月16日（土）（マレーシア標準時）に、サンウェイ大学（クアラルンプール・マレーシア）で開催されたアジア法社会学会において、「Japanese Judges without Legal Ethics（倫理なき日本の裁判官）」との演題で報告を行いました。
I was so honored to have an opportunity to make a presentation on legal ethics education for young Japanese judges at the annual conference of the Asian Law and Society Association in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
My argument is that the Japanese legal education process has a critical deficiency in that it lacks opportunities to educate young judges about legal ethics, which would threaten the rule of law in the future.
